Stand Up Abs® Total Body
I want to get more in shape and I have been looking for a while for a easy work out and I found it in Stand Up Abs® Total Body. I already bought one for my mom for Christmas. I love the fact the whole system does not take up that much space.
It weighs 1.5 pounds, so packing into briefcases, purses, or other travel bags is very convenient. Stand Up Abs® Total Body can be used in the privacy of one’s home without the need of a doorway or any other attachment as each person is the “anchor”. Just put the ankle straps on, attach the performance bands and you are set for resistance workout or a cardio workout!
