A $20 Million Class Action Settlement has been reached with Kimberly-Clark corporation, a producer of home products. In this class action lawsuit it was alleged that Kotex, Cottonelle, Huggies, Scott, and other brands of flushable wipes were not actually flushable, and that the resulting flushing of these wipes into sewer and toilet systems resulted in damage to sewer systems.
