If you have bought any Wipe Out! Products in the United States on or before April 19, 2023, you might be eligible to receive a cash refund as part of a Class Action Settlement.

Eligibility: To qualify as a Class Member, you must have purchased any of the following Wipe Out! Products in the United States on or before April 19, 2023: Wipe Out! Wipes, Wipe Out! Multi-Surface Wipes, or Wipe Out! Multi-Surface Decontaminant Spray (referred to as the “Products”).

Amount of Compensation: If you can provide proof of purchase, you may be eligible to receive $3.00 per qualified product purchased, up to a maximum of $15.00 per claim. If you do not have proof of purchase, you may still be entitled to receive $2.00 for each qualified Wipe Out! product purchased, up to a maximum of $6.00 per claim form.

Proof of Purchase: Not Required.

Deadline to File a Claim: The deadline to submit a claim is July 18, 2023.
