Right Guard Antiperspirant Aerosol and Spray Product Class Action Settlement
If you’re a consumer in the United States who bought specific Right Guard antiperspirant aerosol and spray products from November 19, 2018, to June 8, 2023, you may be eligible for benefits through a class action settlement.
Eligibility: To qualify as a Settlement Class Member, you must have purchased one or more of the Covered Products for personal, family, or household use (not for resale) within the United States during the period of November 19, 2018, to June 8, 2023.
Award Amount: Each eligible claimant will receive $1.75 for every Covered Product purchased, with a maximum of 5 Covered Products claimed per household.
Proof of Purchase: No documentation is required.
Claim Deadline: The deadline to submit a claim is October 14th, 2023.
