Panda Express Class Action Settlement

You are included in this Settlement as a Settlement Class Member if you placed an order for delivery through the Panda Express website or mobile application where a Service Fee was charged in connection with that delivery order between 7/17/20 – 2/16/22.

Who’s Eligible –

All persons within the United States who at any time between July 17, 2020, and February 16, 2022 placed an order for delivery through Defendant’s website or mobile application where a Service Fee was charged in connection with that delivery order.”

Award Amount – You can choose to receive up to 2 vouches for Panda Express, or a cash settlement.

Proof of Purchase – Not Required. But you will need to enter your details to help verify your delivery.
Claim Deadline – September 8th, 2023.
