What You Need
1.5 cups of Mexican blend cheese – shredded
1 pound of ground beef
4 oz of cream cheese
1/2 teaspoon of cumin
1/2 of pepper
2 teaspoons of chili powder
12 oz of Taco Sauce ( any hotness level)
18 jumbo shell pasta
What To Do
Preheat oven to 350
Cook pasta – drain and set aside. Cook ground beef over medium heat in a large skillet. Once the beef is browned drain off extra fat. Add cream cheese, pepper, chili powder, cumin, 1/2 cup of taco sauce, 1/2 cup of cheese.
Mix until all the ingredients have combined together.
Stuff each shell full of beef mixture and place in a greased casserole dish. Pour the rest of taco sauce on top of the stuffed shells. Spread the rest of the cheese and bake uncovered for 20 minutes.
