What You Need
1/4 c. extra virgin olive oil
2garlic cloves, finely chopped or minced
1/2 teaspoon of salt
1/2 teaspoon of pepper
Pinch of Red pepper Flakes
1 pt. small cherry tomatoes – cut in half
10 oz of medium seashell pasta
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
3/4Â c. thinly sliced fresh basil leaves
What To Do
Over medium heat add oil, garlic and pepper flakes in a large skillet – make sure not to burn the garlic
Stir in tomatoes, pepper and salt — lower heat a little bit and cook for 5 more minutes – after 5 minutes set the heat to low and cook for 10 more minutes
Cook Pasta and Drain pasta during this time.
Add pasta to the tomatoes — add cheese and basil — mix together for 1 minute
Serve and Enjoy. To make this recipe gluten – free simply use gluten – free pasta
