Caramel Apple Dip Recipe

Ingredients

6 oz of light cream cheese – soft
1/4 cup brown sugar
1/6 – 1/4 cup caramel topping
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
1.5 cup Light Cool Whip
2 Granny Smith Apples
1 tablespoons lemon juice
1 tablespoons water

Directions

In a bowl combine the following well – cream cheese, brown sugar, caramel topping, vanilla, and cool whip. Do a taste test — if it is not sweet enough add a little more caramel sauce.
Slice the apples ( you can peel the apples if you would like)
If you do not want your apples to brown do the following – In a bowl combine the lemon juice, water and apples together. The lemon juice stops oxidation ( apples turning brown)
Serve the dip with the apple slices 🙂 Best of all this whole dish is naturally gluten – free
