Chicken Stir Fry Recipe

A while back McCormick Spices came to me and asked if I wanted to try one of their skillet sauces – I jumped at the opportunity since it seemed like a easy dinner to make
I decided to make my family lunch today and thought it would be fun to post the recipe that I came up with
What I like about stir fry is that you can add so my veggies to it – eating more veggies is always a challenge in my family so I love a simple lunch that does just that
There were seven different varieties of skillet sauces and they cost ONLY $1.99 – so that made this dish VERY frugal
I found this stir fry veggie kit in the salad section at Winco – it was about $3 – and I ended up using about 4 cups in the dish
So I have enough for another stir fry – I also added a red pepper ( seeded of course) – mainly because I had a red pepper on hand and I thought it would add a little pop of flavor and color
I seasoning the chicken with salt and a bit of pepper as well
Just to let you know that this sauce sadly is not gluten free ( just for all those other gluten free folks out there ๐ )
I served it with rice of course ๐ To make it a little more healthy – use brown rice
All you have to do with this chicken stir fry recipe is cook the chicken – add veggies – add sauce – heat and serve
It really was that simple ๐ My family loved this dish so much
