Ghirardelli Products Class Action Settlement

If your claim is verified and the Court approves the settlement, you will receive a refund of $1.50 per purchase of White Chips purchased and $0.75 per other Product, as defined in the settlement agreement, from August 17, 2008 to October 2, 2014. Your total recovery will be limited to $24.00 per household, unless you submit proof of purchase. There is no limit on the total recovery for items for which you submit proof of purchase. Proof of purchase means an itemized retail sales receipt showing, at a minimum, the purchase of an eligible Product, and the date, place and amount of purchase. If a large number of claims are filed, it is possible that your cash refund will be reduced, as further described on this website.
