When I go to PetSmart, it is usually to get food and treats for Watson, but I decided to do something else while I was there, besides visit all the other cats, which I totally do every time. I used to take Watson into PetSmart with me, but he did not warm up to the kittens in the store at all. Now that there is an outdoor cat that visits us from time to time, he has warmed up a little; but he’s still very protective. So, I usually just pop in quickly for whatever I need, say hi to the little kitties and then leave, but this time, I had a separate mission.

National Pet Month

As part of National Pet Month I am hyperfocused on loving and appreciating Watson. That meant I needed to do something about Watsons litter. Being pregnant my nose is very sensitive, so I always know when Watson or the twins have pooped. The worst thing is that Watson’s litter box is near the kitchen, so when he does his business, it stinks up the place when I am trying to prepare meals. It’s nauseating! I had to do something, so I turned to Febreze.

Special Time With Watson

We have loved Watson for long time and he has been through so many life stages with us. He’s becoming more comfortable around the kids except Lawson is just so loud and makes jerky motions. What Watson loves best is to cuddle with Eric and me at the end of the night when it’s just the three of us. It’s such a nice moment to share, and I hate letting the smells get in the way of that. As a solution to Watson’s stink, I picked up some Febreze products to help me out. The Febreze AIR Heavy Duty Pet Odor Eliminator works wonders near Watsons litter box to protect the kitchen area from the smells. Febreze FABRIC Pet Odor Eliminator is great for use on our couch and bed. To try these products for your pets, go here.
