Benefiber Class Action Settlement

You are eligible to submit a Claim Form if you purchased, in the United States, Benefiber Original and/or Benefiber Healthy Shape Products between June 19, 2014 and June 8, 2021 for personal or household use.

You must complete the entire Claim Form and sign the Claim Form under penalty of perjury and submit it by October 6, 2021 in order to be eligible to receive a Settlement Payment. An incomplete Claim Form may result in the denial of your Claim.
