Parmesan – Roasted Broccoli Recipe

So simple to make but full of flavor. One of my most frugal sides – gluten -free.

What You Need

16 oz of broccoli frozen or cooked

salt

pepper

olive oil

1/4 cup of parmesan cheese

What To Do

Preheat oven to 375

In a bowl drizzle oil over broccoli ( enough to lightly coat)

add a dash of salt and about 1/2 tsp of pepper

Place on a cookie sheet

sprinkle cheese and bake for about 10 minutes – until the cheese turns golden brown

Enjoy!

Yay, I wanted a to find a recipe that used frozen broccoli! Can’t wait to try this. Thaw the broccoli first, correct?
