What You Need
Chicken Breast
Bottled BBQ Sauce
Cheddar Cheese ) Shredded
What To Do
Preheat the oven to 350
Now this recipe will work different amount of chicken breast – I used 1 pound.
Place chicken breast on parchment paper in a casserole dish
Smother chicken with BBQ sauce and bake for 20 – 30 minutes … till the chicken juices are clear and the chicken is almost fully cooked.
Sprinkle a “healthy” amount cheese on top of the chicken and pop the pan back into the oven for 3 minutes
Enjoy!

This recipe is even better if you sprinkle on some chopped scallions and bacon bits when you sprinkle on the cheese!
Oh my! This sounds fantastic! Going to try and make this on Monday, with Candy Holcombe suggestion the scalions and bacon bits when I sprinkle on the cheese! Yay for good and quick recipes!
Is using the parchment paper a must?
Nope
I made this recipe tonight! It was delicious. I used Monterrey Jack cheese (all I had on hand) and also sprinkled bacon pieces on top! Super easy and super yummy!! Thanks Budget Savvy Diva for sharing
