Fall Chex Mix Recipe

Ingredients

2 cups Honey Nut Chex cereal
2 cups Rice Chex cereal
3/4 cup pecans
1/2 cup of dried cranberries
1/2 cup of golden raisins
1/4 cup salted butter, melted
2 tsp. vanilla extract
1/4 cup of brown sugar
Sprinkles ( I used leave sprinkles from Target)

Directions:

In a microwaveable bowl add honey nut chex, rice chex, and pecans

In a bowl whisk melted butter and vanilla and pour over the chex mix – softly mix so there is an even coasting

Sprinkle brown sugar over mix

Microwave mix for 3 minutes. Stir every minute

Add golden raisins, dried cranberries, and sprinkles

Stir lightly

Enjoy!
