I love to cook soups so this is something that I have had to deal with a number of times 🙂
– I suggest NOT USING a normal blender. Hot liquid has a tendency to shoot out the top and burn everything in its path especially hand 🙁
– Use an Immersion Blender 🙂 Like one in the picture above.
– Works very well
– Also you can blend the ingredients in your pot ( less work for you)
