Every kitchen needs a chocolate chip cookie recipe and this is mine. Enjoy it as much as I have. I substitute the flour for gluten – free flour to adapt this cookie to be gluten – free.

What You Need ( Enough For 30 Cookies)
- 1 cup softened unsalted butter
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1 1/2 cups firmly packed brown sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 1 Tablespoon of vanilla
- 3 cups all-purpose flour
- 3/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 18 ounces semi-sweet chocolate chips ( I used mini – totally up to you)
What To Do
Preheat oven to 350
In a large bowl cream together – butter, brown and white sugar, eggs; vanilla.
In a medium bowl – Place all the dry ingredients ( except the chocolate chips 😉 ) – mix
Mix the dry mixture into the wet ingredient bowl — till completely combined.

Ingredients

- 1 Tablespoon of vanilla

- ¾ teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 18 ounces semi-sweet chocolate chips ( I used mini - totally up to you)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350
- In a large bowl cream together - butter, brown and white sugar, eggs; vanilla.
- In a medium bowl - Place all the dry ingredients ( except the chocolate chips 😉 ) - mix
- Mix the dry mixture into the wet ingredient bowl -- till completely combined.
- Mix in chocolate chips
- Place golf ball size dough balls onto a cookie sheet covered with parchment paper.
- Cook for 8 - 10 minutes or till lightly brown
- Enjoy!
