I used corn pasta in this dish ( gluten – free) …. This is why the pasta is the color it is… Also corn pasta tends to look mushy but normal pasta will hold up better when you cook it 😉

What You Need

1 pound lean ground beef

small onion, chopped (1/4 cup)

Red pepper chopped

cups uncooked mafalda (mini-lasagna noodle) pasta (3 ounces)
1/3 Cup of Sour Cream
1 1/4
cups water
1/4
teaspoon Onion powder
1/4
teaspoon garlic powder
1
jar (14 ounces) tomato pasta sauce
Pinch of Salt
1/2
cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1/2
teaspoon pepper
Olive oil
What To Do
Heat oil in pan – add red pepper and onion and cook them down. Add beef and cook till brown.Drain fat
Add all ingredients except cheese. Simmer for 10 minute till pasta is tender
Mix in sour cream and sprinkle with cheese.
