I used corn pasta in this dish ( gluten – free) …. This is why the pasta is the color it is… Also corn pasta tends to look mushy but normal pasta will hold up better when you cook it 😉

1 pound lean ground beef

- small onion, chopped (1/4 cup)

- Red pepper chopped
- 1 1/2
- cups uncooked mafalda (mini-lasagna noodle) pasta (3 ounces)
- 1/3 Cup of Sour Cream
- 1 1/4
- cups water
- 1/4
- teaspoon Onion powder

- 1/4
- teaspoon garlic powder
- 1
- jar (14 ounces) tomato pasta sauce
- Pinch of Salt
- 1/2
- cup shredded mozzarella cheese

- 1/2
- teaspoon pepper
- Olive oil
- What To Do
- Heat oil in pan – add red pepper and onion and cook them down. Add beef and cook till brown.Drain fat
- Add all ingredients except cheese. Simmer for 10 minute till pasta is tender
- Mix in sour cream and sprinkle with cheese.
