Freeze Bananas before they Go Bad!
How many times do you buy bananas just to see them go bad? Did you know you can just stick a banana in the freezer and freeze it in the peel? It will turn black but it does not affect the quality of it at all.
When you are ready to make a banana smoothie or banana bread, just take them out and let them thaw and use them as you would before frozen.
