Ingredients
1 pound of pea pods
Soy Sauce ( low sodium)
salt
pepper
1 Tablespoon of chopped mint
Oil – ( olive, vegetable, or grape seed oil )
Directions
In a skillet — best would be a grill pan — add able 1 tablespoon of oil — allow oil to get hot
Add pea pods – allow to cook for 4 minutes then flip the pods over – and cook for another 4 minutes
Add about 2 teaspoons of soy sauce ( you can add a little more if you like)Â and pinch of pepper and salt
Turn off heat and garnish with mint
Enjoy 🙂
