Ingredients
2 1/2 lb beef tri-tip roast
2 tablespoon fresh ground black pepper
1 Tablespoon of salt
1/4 Cup of Dark Brown Sugar
1/2 tablespoon paprika
1 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
1 teaspoon dried rosemary
1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
1 tsp Dijon mustard
1/3 cup red wine vinegar
1/3 cup vegetable oil
4 cloves crushed garlic
Directions
In a bowl combine pepper, salt, sugar, paprika, garlic powder, rosemary, cayenne
Rub the seasoning all over the tri-top – cover and place in the fridge for 2 hours
 Take the tri-tip out of the fridge and let it rest for 1 hour
In a mason jar place – oil, garlic, Dijon, and vinegar. Shake, shake, and shake some more
Place the tri-tip on a HOT grill and brush oil mixture on both sides – turn over and brush every 5 minutes for about 30 minutes. Make sure to use a meat thermometer you want it to be around 140.
Let the meat rest for 15 minutes before slicing and enjoy!
