Ingredients
3/4 cup uncooked white rice
2 cups milk
1/3 cup white sugar
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
Cinnamon
Directions
Place all the ingredients into a pan — over medium heat
Once the mixture starts to boil lower the heat
Heat for about 25 minutes – stir every couple of minutes – cook uncovered
Once the mixture is thick — like pudding – turn off the heat and let cool
Sprinkle a little cinnamon on top and enjoy
BEST part this recipe is naturally gluten – free 🙂
