Ingredients
1.5 Pounds of Skinless Chicken Breast
1 Tablespoon of Ranch Seasoning
1 Can ( 6 oz of Pesto) – I like using Classico
1/2 tsp of garlic powder
Chicken Broth
Directions
Set your slow cooker to low
First add chicken breast to the slow cooker – then seasoning and pesto
Slowly add chicken broth – You want the chicken to be COMPLETELY covered with liquid. I would say it is about 1 cup of chicken broth
Cover and cook for about 6 – 7 hours on low. You do not want to stir it at any time — the chicken will be SO tender it will fall apart
So if you do not want “pulled” chicken do not stir and carefully take out the chicken when it is done
This dish is perfect over white rice
Enjoy!
