Beer Cheese Dip Recipe
I am a dip girl – if you ever go to any of my parties you will be tons of dips – the dip that my husband ALWAYS requests me to make is my Beer Cheese Dip Recipe
The recipe is basically a lot of cheese and beer mixed together to create a mouth-watering dip
This dip has beer in it so it is not suitable for kids also if you want to make this gluten – free then use gluten – free beer ( I liked using Omission Gluten – Free Beer)
Everything you need is above ๐
You can change up what crackers you choose I personally like Ritz crackers since this dip is pretty thick and you need a thick cracker
And I know what you are thinking – Ranch that is an odd choice ( you can leave it out if you wish ) but I find that it give the dip the flavor it needs. The main element of the dip is cream cheese and beer so it can get a little monotonous if you do not push the flavoring
In terms of beer to use – I simply used a local beer but an IPA is a good choice for the dip – I used a lager since my husband does not really care for IPAs.
Also you do not have to use low-fat cream cheese actually full fat cream cheese creates a better dip texture BUT it also creates more texture on the thighs ๐
If you make any of my recipes I would love to see it – snap a shot and place it on instagram remember use the #budgetsavvydiva so I can check it out
