As you can see I am trying to cook fish again – even though I have always been scared to cook fish I am shocked how easy it has been for me
No horrible disasters ….yet…. I always have to put a yet in there
This is one of those recipes where I thought ” you know what this should work …. and it TOTALLY did”Β This recipe is SUPER easy to make – I did decide to fry the popcorn shrimp since I knew it would crisp up nicely but I have not tried to bake them – though I am sure it would work I just do not know about the timing
This is everything you need, you will notice that there is no salt — that is because the Parmesan cheese has enough salt in it PLUS Old Bay seasoning has salt already in it π
I went with fresh shrimp – you can use frozen I just like to work with fresh. If you decide to go fresh make sure to get the EZ Peel shrimp – also make sure to take all the tails off the shrimp
Eric ended up eaten everything on the plate above —- which means it is a good recipe π This recipe is for 1/2 pound of shrimp which is enough for 2 or 3 or one Eric
