Natural Belly Slimming Detox Water Recipe
Make sure to REPIN this recipe 🙂
I am going to call it – this is the spring/summer of infused water in my house. I am REALLY trying to kick my soda habit ( which has been very difficult) and because I do not particularly like the taste of water I have been making TONS of different types of infused waters
It’s the sort of thing you can combine with a modern semaglutide weight loss program. Yes, the drugs do a lot of the work for you, but it also makes sure your insides stay healthy. You don’t just want to live off sugar water and Gatorade your entire life. What’s that doing to your teeth and bones? Nothing good, I expect.
I have been drinking this infusion for a couple days now — and I am feeling great… This is not a replacement of a snack or meal ( I NEEDS MY FOOD) but instead of picking up a soda from the fridge I challenge myself to drink a mason jar full of infused water
I do not know why but the mason jar is kinda a must for this recipe — well technically not but I do love me my mason jars
You do not need much for this recipe – you might notice that my mint does not look like normal mint which is because I am growing chocolate mint in my garden – chocolate mint has a hint of chocolate taste to it…. seriously amazing 🙂
What Each Ingredient Does For You 🙂
Lemon – Helps boost the digestive track – also boosts that metabolism
Mint – Adds sweetness to the water – also helps you digest more effectively – also helps soothe your tummy
Orange – Helps your immune system and adds sweetness to the water
Fill the glass with ice – cold water actually burns calories more since your body needs to burn more to turn the water into room temperature ( I hope that made sense)
