Ranch Roasted Potatoes Recipe – Marie Recipe
Make sure to REPIN this recipe 🙂
I grew up on roasted potatoes – usually seasoning with salt, pepper, and rosemary from the garden ( I am now totally craving them again 🙂 )
Everyone loved this recipe — perfect side for pretty much anything
I am VERY excited this is the 22nd t from Marie the first recipe ( Spinach and Artichoke Dip Recipe ( Recipes from Marie) )
If you have no idea who Marie is – go HERE – I found a vintage recipe box in a local antique store so I am making and posting one her recipes weekly on Tuesday
Today is Ranch Roasted Potatoes Recipe
I really hope you check back weekly for another recipe from Marie — pretty please comment ( let’s make this like a little community)
You will be able to tell which recipes are hers by the flower on the picture above 🙂
Everything you need is above – I did change Marie’s recipe by using Olive oil instead of Crisco – that is just a personal preference
She had a recipe of a homemade ranch seasoning – but it had some items that might be hard to find so I thought a great alternative would be to use Hidden Valley Ranch packet — I ended up just using about 2 teaspoons of seasoning — remember the seasoning packet has a TON of sodium so I tend to try and limit how much I use
I also used fresh garlic ( makes a huge difference )
Also HAVE to have red chili pepper flakes
The salt that is used is for the water to cook the potatoes ( salt helps water reach boiling faster)
If you do make the Ranch Roasted Potatoes Recipe let me know what you think 🙂 I know you will love it
