This is the BEST chicken ever! It was SUPER moist – my mom is STILL raving about it like a week after I made it
For sure this is a recipe is will be using again and again — it is one of those recipe I wish I could go back in time and have my mom make when I was a kid

The secret to this recipe is the sour cream – it makes the chicken stay SUPER DUPER moist 🙂
I ended up using chicken tenders but you can use any type of chicken parts you want – I love tenders to serve for lunch
PLUS the whole recipe was done in under 30 minutes WOOT WOOT

The BEST Chicken Ever Recipe
Ingredients
- 1 Pound of Chicken
- 1 Teaspoon of Parsley
- ¼ Cup of Parmesan Cheese
- ¼ tsp Red Pepper Flakes
- Pinch of Salt
- ½ Cup of sour cream
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350
- In a bowl combine - sour cream, parsley, parmesan cheese, red pepper flakes and salt
- Using a kitchen brush - brush the sour cream mixture all over the chicken - place chicken in a casserole dish
- Bake for 20 minutes or till cooked ( 20 minutes if you are making chicken tenders)
- Enjoy!
