This dip is AMAZING – I think I ate about a pound of it! It really has all the flavors of a taco in dip form
This would be perfect for a party – what is so awesome is that you can make the dip the night before a party – just make sure to put a cover on it
But it will be good to go 🙂

Today is Taco Dip

You can personalize this dip to meet your needs – just add whatever you would like to have in a taco
You could even mix in some ground beef or shredded chicken
I am using light cream cheese and sour cream for this recipe – and it works perfectly
What is your favorite toppings on tacos ? I love TONS of cheese and tomatoes

Taco Dip Recipe
Ingredients
- 16 Ounces of Light Sour Cream
- 8 oz of Light Cream Cheese
- Shredded Lettuce
- 1 Tablespoon of Taco Mix
- Shredded Cheddar Cheese
- 2 Roma Tomatoes - diced
- ½ Green Bell Pepper - diced
- Black Olives
Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl - mix cream cheese, sour cream and taco mix
- Place the mix into a casserole 8x8
- Top with lettuce, tomatoes, bell pepper, cheese, and black olives
- Enjoy with Chips
