My Parents Bought Their First Thing For The Twins

My parents are SO excited to be grandparents and we are lucky that they live somewhat close. By living close they will be a huge help with the twins. They have been with us through this journey from the very beginning and like us they are having to adjust to the fact that babies are coming! Eric was sweet enough to take my mom to Babies R Us this weekend. They were there for over 2 hours looking at everything.

My mom picked out her own diaper bag for the twins – I just feel so happy that they are so excited 🙂

    🙂 Aw! That is so sweet. I have a 7 month old and one of the many, many wonderful things about him has been seeing my parents (and in laws) with him. They all waited so long to become grandparents and their enthusiasm and just pure love for him warms my heart so much. Congrats to them (and you, of course) I’m sure this is just the first of many fun grandma and grandpa purchases!!!

    Side note: Not sure if you’re into this kind of thing, or maybe you already know, but there are several big baby/kid consignment sales coming up around the Portland area.
