2 Cups of Cooked Rice

1/2 Cup of Cheddar Cheese, Grated

1/4 Teaspoon of Pepper

Pinch of Salt

3 Tablespoons of Salsa

3 Tablespoons of Sour Cream

What To Do

Place cooked rice into a skillet ( I did melt a small amount of butter in the pan before hand)

Add and mix in salsa

Mix in salt, pepper, sour cream

Add cheese and heat till cheese melts :)

Enjoy! I did garnish with red pepper flakes to kick up the heat.

Ingredients

I love this recipe! So easy and so good. My husband loves it and thinks I spend a lot more time making it than I really do.

I made this for a church dinner. Fast, and easy. I cheated, I used cheese sauce from the pouches cause I had that on hand. Very good.

I didn’t have any salsa in the fridge, so I used 1 tablespoon sriracha and then 5 tablespoons of sour cream. It was probably more spicy than had I used salsa, but for us that was fine because we like spicy. It was delicious though!
