15oz of Ricotta
Wonton Wrappers
Pasta Seasoning
1 egg
1/2 Cup of Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
pepper
What To Do
Boil a pot of water
Mix cheeses, about 1 teaspoon of pasta seasoning, 1/4 teaspoon of pepper, egg in a small bowl.
Place 1 Table of filling onto one wrapper
Place another wrapper onto of the other. Secure the edges with water ( it will seal the ravioli)
Place pasta into the boiling water for 3 minutes or so. Top with sauce and enjoy!

I can attest that the wonton wrappers work. When starting out for the first time, make sure you under-fill them. My ravioli seemed to expand making jumbo ravioli.
Hey – I just found this wonderful sounding recipe here and I love ravoili. But I’m wondering what is the “Pasta Seasoning”?
