What You Need

  • 2 pounds red potatoes, quartered
  • 1.5 Tablespoons of Olive Oil
  • 1/2 teaspoons garlic Powder
  • Salt – to taste
  • 1/2 teaspoon of pepper
  • 1.5  tablespoon grated Parmesan cheese

What To Do

Preheat oven to 350.

Place all ingredients in a medium bowl and stir.

Bake uncovered for about 40 minutes or till golden brown.

Enjoy!

Ingredients
