What You Need
- 2 pounds red potatoes, quartered
- 1.5 Tablespoons of Olive Oil
- 1/2 teaspoons garlic Powder
- Salt – to taste
- 1/2 teaspoon of pepper
- 1.5Â tablespoon grated Parmesan cheese
What To Do
Preheat oven to 350.
Place all ingredients in a medium bowl and stir.
Bake uncovered for about 40 minutes or till golden brown.
