What You Need
2 Pounds of Potatoes – I love Yukon Gold
Fresh Rosemary- finely chopped
Pepper
Salt
Olive Oil
Parmesan cheese ( optional )
What To Do
So simple. Preheat your oven to 350
Cut the potatoes into bite-size pieces and place them into boiling water. Just for a couple of minutes.
Place potatoes onto a cookie sheet and drizzle oil on them.
I sprinkles a even amount of pepper, salt, rosemary and cheese.
Bake till golden brown
