What You Need
- 1.5 cups ice water – less water = thicker milk shake
- 1.5 cups nonfat dry milk powder
- 2/3 cup sugar ( or Splenda)
- 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 10 – 20 Ice cubes
- 2 tablespoons Vegetable Oil
What To Do
Place all ingredients in the blender – blend for 2 minutes.
I usually place the blender ( not the machine part) in the freezer for 15 minutes.
Pour and enjoy!

Why the vegetable oil? What does it do?
It helps keep it together

that seems like alot of sugar? could i cut that out or down
