What You Need
1/2 tsp of garlic powdered
6 tablespoons olive oil
1 teaspoon dried basil
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon ground black pepper
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 teaspoon of dill dried
1 teaspoon of dried minced onion
2 (6 ounce) fillets salmon
What To Do
Preheat oven to 375
Mix all the ingredients in a bowl – except salmon
Add salmon to the marinade – make sure each side is nicely coated with marinade. Leave in the refrigerator covered for 30 minutes
Place fillets in aluminum foil, cover with marinade, and seal well
Place foil packets in a baking dish – until easily flaked with a fork
