Why There is A Lawsuit – Plaintiffs claim in this Litigation that the labeling, advertising and marketing of the Essentials™ deodorant with Old Label was misleading to consumers because not all of the ingredients are natural. Defendant denies that the Essentials™ deodorant with Old Label was misleading and it denies that it did anything wrong. The Court has not decided which side was right, but both sides agreed to the settlement to resolve the case.
