This recipe is one that I have made more times then I can count. It is simple but robust in flavor and can be paired well with any entree. It is naturally gluten – free 🙂
What You Need
Broccoli ( fresh or thawed from frozen) 20 oz
2 Tablespoons of Butter or Margarine
1 Clove of Garlic Minced
Black Pepper
Salt
What To Do
Cook broccoli in salted boiling water till tender ( about 5 minutes) – drain.
In a pan melt butter and add garlic and cook for about 2 minutes + add broccoli and toss.
Garnish with pepper.
Enjoy 🙂
