How to Make Homemade Vicks Vapor Shower Disks

Just in time for cold and flu season!

Mix 2-3 cups of baking soda with water until you have made a thick paste.

Add 15 drops of essential oils.

Spoon into a muffin tin with paper liner and let sit for 12-18 hours.

When needed, take out of paper liner and put on floor of your shower.  Essential oils will steam away your stuffy nose.
