What You Need

1 Cup of BBQ Sauce

1.5 Pounds of Beef Chuck Roast

2 Garlic Cloves – Diced

1/4 teaspoon of salt

1 Tablespoon of Dried Minced Onion

1/2 teaspoon of pepper

Optional – Hamburger Buns – you can serve this over rice if you would like

What To Do

Set your crock pot to low

Place meat into the crock pot first then add all the other ingredients.

Cover and cook for 6 – 7 hours. Using 2 forks shred the beef — the beef should shred very easily if it does not allow the beef to cook for another 30 minutes and try shredding it again.

Once the beef has been shredded ( I shred it right in the crock pot) – stir so the sauce is absorbed by the meat. cook for 1 more hour. Serve over rice or on a hamburger bun – whatever you want!

Enjoy!
