Ingredients
1 lb chicken wings
1 teaspoon of cayenne pepper
1 teaspoon of crushed red pepper flakes
1 tablespoon salt
1/2 cup louisiana hot sauce
1 tablespoon margarine
Cooking Spray
Directions
Fill a pot with water – add chicken and salt – add heat. Once the water is boiling – let boil for 15 minutes. Drain water
Place chicken on a baking dish and spray with cooking spray – sprinkle – cayenne pepper and red pepper flakes on the chicken
Broil the chicken 7Â minutes each side — please be careful that the chicken does not burn
While the chicken is getting crispy – take a sauce pan add hot sauce and margarine mix over low heat.
Once the chicken is done shake them in the sauce 🙂
