Ingredients
1 Package of Raviolis ( 12 – 15)
1 eggs, lightly beaten
1 cup Italian seasoned breadcrumbs
vegetable oil (frying)
marinara sauce ( dipping)
Parmesan cheese
parsley ( for garish)
Directions:
Boil water and cook ravioli – drain water
Heat Vegetable Oil in a pot. You need about 1.5 inches worth of oil.
Get two bowls – place bread crumbs in one bowl in the other bowl whisk egg
Take each ravioli and dip into the egg mixture the breadcrumbs – set aside the ravioli
Fry each ravioli — it took only 15 seconds for each of mine to fry. You want the bread crumbs to be golden brown
Place fried ravioli on a paper towel to drain excess oil – sprinkle parsley and Parmesan cheese on each
Enjoy with the marinara dipping sauce 🙂
