Avocado ( 2 – skinned and sliced)
Juice from Half A Lime
1 16oz Can of chickpeas – washed and drained
2 Tablespoons of Olive Oil
1/2 teaspoon of salt
pinch of pepper
Directions
Place all the ingredients into a blender – blend ( you can add some more oil if it has a hard time blending )
Taste — if it taste a little flat add a pinch of salt and a splash of lime juice ( really makes a difference)
Once well blended serve and enjoy!
I love using red peppers for dippers
