If you have ever noticed, certain cuts of meat can be very hard to slice up when you need to use it for a stir fry or other recipe.
When you are getting ready to slice up meat, place it in the freezer for 10 to 15 minutes to harden it up just a little bit to make the slicing process a little easier.
