Hot Cheese Dip Recipe
Make sure to REPIN this recipe 🙂
HOT CHEESE DIP!!!! Those words are the best words ever. This has to be the BEST cheese dip I ever had. I could not believe that I actually made it. When I was a kid ( elementary school age) I would make my own cheese dip with cut up string cheese and rosemary from the garden — I would dip my goldfish crackers into it ( I do not know if that was creative recipe at all for a kid) but I sure did love it —- though I did not make it very often.
I use to love making snacks for myself after school — usually something with tomatoes ( I was a HUGE tomato fan as a kid)
But this dip is EPIC — I already know I will be making this again during the holidays. It is one of those dips that will get people talking…. Move over that dip from Costco a REAL dip is here
You will need to use Fontina cheese I found mine at Winco — fontina needs to be very hot to stay in that wonderful liquidness
I also used the rosemary from the garden — rosemary is my favorite herb
How good does that Hot Cheese Dip look!!!! I served it with some French bread — the dip cost about $8 – 10 to make but it fed 5 adults 🙂
