DIY TIME!
School time is HERE and I thought back when my mom made this snack organizer so I could easily find snacks to eat after school.
I thought to take the idea that my mom had and infuse Box Tops into it. I went to my local Walmart and found everything I needed for this craft and snacks. The material I used for the bottom pockets was scrap material I had from a previous project.
I was super excited at Walmart to find out there are General Mills items with 5 Box Tops! Usually each product has only 1 Box Top
More about the program – General Mills® Box Tops for Education is one of America’s largest school earnings loyalty programs. The program has over 80,000 schools ( k – 8th) and since its 1996 launch has raised over $525 million. Each Box Top is worth $.10.
I found the snacks everywhere around my local Walmart. It is so awesome there are so many options
I also was able to pick up the shoe holder at Walmart in the laundry section. Now onto the craft. Not only is it a holder for snacks but a organizer for your General Mills® Box Tops!
You Will Need
– Door Hanging Shoe Holder
– General Mills® Products
-Scissors
– Scrap Fabric
– Glue
Using the scissors and glue – cut and paste the fabric along the bottom row – place the shoe holder behind a door and you are ready to fill
With what General Mills® snacks would you fill this holder? I picked some of my husband’s favorite snacks that he can easily take to work or pick out when he is relaxing at home.
It looks so clean and organized. It makes everything easy for you to know what you have and easy for your family to enjoy General Mills® snacks!
Plus it is a great way to keep you General Mills® Box Tops organized
Make sure to go to Walmart and check out all the Box Top eligible General Mills® products!
