What You Need
- 3/4 cup white sugar
- 5 tablespoons cornstarch
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 4 cups fresh blueberries ( thawed frozen blueberries work okay)
- 1 – 9 inch double crust pie
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
What To Do
Preheat oven to 375
In a large bowl mix vanilla and blueberries
In a medium bowl mix – sugar, salt, cinnamon, and cornstarch. Place mixture over the blueberries. Gently mix until all berries are covered.
Pour berry mixture into crust – dot with butter.
Cover with pantry dough and cook for 50 minutes or until golden brown.
