What You Need
Olive Oil
1/4 Cup of Parmesan Cheese
Salt
1.5 Cups of Baby Carrots
Pepper
What To Do
Preheat oven to 350
In a bowl combine carrots with a drizzle of olive oil, pinch of salt and pepper and cheese
Spread carrots on to parchment paper on a cookie sheet and bake 20 – 25 minutes
My husband ate the whole dish within 5 minutes – and he HATES carrots

These carrots are amazing! I almost forgot to save room for the main dish I was making for dinner – these carrots were supposed to be a side, but I ate most of them while I was making your Oven-Roasted Cauliflower with Cheese. Thanks for another awesome recipe!
