I am SO going to try this. I only give my son Kraft Dinner as a special treat (and usually whole grain) and I wonder about the sodium and preservatives. This sounds so much better!
I made this today for my daughter. It is very yummy but I had to microwave the noodles a lot longer for them to be soft. I just used small macaroni noodles and it took about 8-10 minutes total before they were soft enough to eat and the sauce was really runny and took awhile to thicken up. It tasted good though!
Wow!! How Strange
I made this tonight for my 18 month old twins and they kept saying MORE MORE MORE
I always made them kraft microwave cuz it was easier then stove top timewise.
Ive been trying to get rid of preservatives and eat cleaner and this recipe helps so much! It is super yummy too. I did have to microwave the noodles about 3-4 minutes longer to soak up all the water but i think it depends on the watts of ur microwave…
Copied the recipe to the inside of my cabinet
thanks so much for this one!
I am so glad you liked it — yes the wattage makes it different – I glad they enjoyed it
